• Caregivers for children under 18 (e.g., nannies)

• Caregivers for people with high medical needs (e.g., seniors, people with disabilities)

• Applicants with qualifying work experience in Canada

• Work & Live in Canada: Gain legal status to work and build a life

• Permanent Residency Pathway: Eligible after gaining 24 months of work experience

• Family Reunification: Spouses and dependent children can accompany you

• No LMIA Required: Apply through specific pilot programs without needing a Labour Market Impact Assessment

📂 Eligibility Requirements

• Valid job offer as a caregiver in Canada

• Language test (CLB 5 or higher)

• 1 year of post-secondary education (or equivalent)

• Proof of ability to perform caregiver duties
